This mod removed the seemingly bogus condition check for ‘TrueGlobal [GLOB:00036E00] = false”.
The Rack is found in ‘Furniture -> Shelves’
If this is fixed in another patch or highly used mod then you’ll probably want to empty any racks built with this mod before uninstalling it.
Requires: Nuka World DLC of course.
